Ordering Information

All online ordering is processed securely through PayPal. Paypal accepts all major credit cards as well as echeck payments.  

Shipping Information

All items are signed, packaged, and shipped personally by the artist. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery within the continental USA, and 2 - 3 weeks for delivery to international destinations. All buyers will receive an email notification with a delivery tracking number from the United States Postal Service. International shipping charges are not inclusive of the destination countries duty and custom fees. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless oversized. ZSO ships to the address provided via PayPal, so please verify this address is correct before submitting. ZSO will not be held responsible for shipping costs for redelivery. All prints are shipped in recyclable Kraft mailing tubes and wrapped in acid free tissue paper.

Product Availability

Even though an item may be available in the online shop, ZSO reserves the right to make refunds in the case of exhausted inventory. If for any reason a product runs out, ZSO reserves the right to either ship a comparable item in size, quality, and price in accordance with the buyer, or a buyer may receive a full refund.

Product Dimensions

It is strongly recommended that you frame your purchases after its receipt. While many items are standard sizes and we've done our best to provide as accurate measurements as possible, we will not be held liable for any actions taken against us based on dimension discrepancies.

Return & Damages Policy

If you recieve a damaged good, please contact sara@hellozso.com within 48 hours of receipt. All returns will be accepted on a case by case basis. Buyer shall not be held responsible for return shipping, but all goods must be returned in their original packaging with both the packing slip and printed receipts. After ZSO has received the returned package, buyer will either be refunded payment or shipped a new good. Please make all arrangements via email.
 ZSO is not responsible for any damages incurred by the United States Postal Service or USPS. 

 Colors

While all colors have been represented to our best ability and as accurately as possible, monitor display may vary. The actual colors of your goods may not exactly match your monitor display and ZSO may not be held responsible for related discrepancies.
